Wonderful stay in this excellent inn. Our room was quiet, spacious, spotless and luxurious and overlooked Queen Mother Square. Staff were responsive and helpful and the food, including breakfast, in the beautiful dining room was very good indeed. The best scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on sourdough that I have ever eaten. It deserves more than a 3 star rating and we will certainly be back. Thank you to everyone.

Absolutely delightful stay at The Duchess of Cornwall hotel in Dorset! The charm of the historic building, combined with modern comforts and exceptional service, made for a perfect getaway. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right.

My Wife, Son and I had a lovely meal here. Not expensive, but a really solid menu. I had the Beef and Ale pie (with mash and cabbage) and my wife had the chicken schnitzel and we were both very happy. Immaculate service. Plenty of parking in Poundbury. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Had a lovely one night stay, we were given room 18 which had an amazing roll top deep bath along with a shower. The room was spotless, a lovely king size bed, tea & coffee were provided. Our evening meal was delicious & Catherine our waitress looked after us very well. Breakfast the following morning was excellent a varied buffet was provided, along with a good choice of hot dishes from the menu. Thank you to Freddie the manager & his team for giving us a very memorable stay

A stunning building both inside and out. Good selection of drinks, nice reasonably priced food and you can order from your table using the app (which I like). The staff were very friendly to. All in all good stuff!

Just popped down for breakfast as our local offering is not the best. This was a pleasant surprise and probably the best service and food we’ve had for a while. Staff could not have been friendlier and accommodating. Thanks

I regularly come to the Duchess of Cornwall for food, drink and also have previously stayed the night. The food is excellent, along with the service. The friendly team members are always polite and welcoming. It's a great space to come and get some work done and I really enjoy coming here. Would very much recommend!
